International deliveries usually arrive within 7〜14 business days.
Some works ship directly from remote Indigenous communities, which may take longer.

Artworks are shipped rolled in a protective tube, wrapped in acid-free non-woven cloth.
A Certificate of Authenticity is included with each artwork.
Shipping is insured and tracking details are provided.
Flat or stretched shipping available upon request.
返品・返金ポリシー / Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your artwork.
Returns accepted within 21 days if unsuitable.
Artwork must be in original condition with packaging and documentation.
Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Please contact us before returning any artwork.
Custom or commissioned works are non-refundable unless faulty.
Damaged on Delivery
If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos.
We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund.
